Forgiveness of Self 4-7

To say that God can’t forgive you is to call Him a liar; you are spiritually blind and you have placed yourself above God claiming to know better than He does.

It is very important to let go of your past sins. If you have faith that Jesus died on the cross for your sins, you don’t need to feel guilty. Guilt causes you to avoid—conviction comes to provoke you to change – to take the next step and move forward.

The Cost of Forgiveness

While we can receive things free of charge, it cost someone somewhere something.  The free gift of Salvation was paid for by somebody else. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 tells us we were bought at a price, “do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.”

Joy! 12-16

We must set aside our selfish desires, take our focus off of our offense, and be one in Christ Jesus who is our joy, hope and peace! It is really this simple: Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say Rejoice! LET YOUR REASONABLENESS BE KNOWN TO EVERYONE! Don’t let gossip stir up the offense, let it go! Move forward in Christ!
